breakfast sandwiches

These are so good and hearty, you need a fork to eat them!

Grill bread (see recipie below) with butter, in a hot skillet, till browned on both sides. Sprinkle a little grated cheddar cheese on the top of the grilled toast and set aside. Cook a few slices of bacon (about 2 to each piece of bread).Place on top of the grilled cheese toast.  Fry an egg or two, and place on top, add a sprinkle of cheddar cheese on top, and you have a filling and delicious breakfast! You can top with picante sauce if you like. You can even top it with a second piece of toast to make it a real 'sandwich' but it is alot to eat!
